In TS/Citrix rollouts, the Regional Settings may need to be set. I creted this script when a client who had Roaming Profiles but had Load Managed Groups (LMG). They also had Roaming Profiles based on which LMG you logged into.
Pseudo Code
- Check for the existence of an "Already completed for this profile" regkey
- If it exists, exit
- Other, launch the Regional Settings Control Panel and then set the "Already completed for this profile" regkey
